1. Describe your transaction and the securities being transferred.  We do our best to make this as easy as possible.  You can either call our offices (404)-816-8240 for a free consultation, or submit an online inquiry.
2. Send us copies of the transaction documents or stock power that needs the medallion stamp.  We will review the paperwork and make sure everything is filled out properly.  This helps eliminate the need for any of the documents to be submitted a 2nd time due to being incorrectly completed.
3. Pay the Stamp Fee
4. We will deliver your documents with the original medallion signature guarantee stamp.  All outgoing documents are shipped via. FedEx.  This helps insure the security of the documents as well as their timely delivery. We  provide all our clients with a pdf copy of the shipment, as well as the FedEx tracking number.  This provides peace of mind with the knowledge that your documents have been properly received.
